  • You have not been previously suspended or banned from using the Service
  • Your registration and use of the Service complies with all applicable laws

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

3. Service Description

kryate provides an AI-powered resume creation platform that allows users to:

  • Create and edit professional resumes
  • Use AI-powered content enhancement suggestions
  • Choose from multiple resume templates
  • Export resumes in PDF and JSON formats

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

4. User Content & Ownership

4.1 Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or input into the Service, including resumes, personal information, and professional details.

4.2 License to Use

By using our Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and store your content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4.3 User Representations

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the right to use all content you provide
  • Your content does not violate any third-party rights
  • Your content is accurate and truthful
  • Your content does not contain false, misleading, or fraudulent information

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to provide content suggestions and enhancements. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI suggestions are recommendations and should be reviewed carefully before use
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content
  • You are solely responsible for all content in your resume, including AI-enhanced text
  • AI suggestions may not be appropriate for all industries or positions
  • You should not represent AI-generated content as entirely your own without review

We are not liable for any consequences resulting from your use of AI-generated content, including but not limited to employment decisions or professional reputation.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Create fraudulent, misleading, or false resumes
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Spam or send unsolicited communications
  • Distribute viruses, malware, or other harmful code

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by kryate and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute our Service without permission
  • Use our trademarks or logos without express written consent
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our Service

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, kryate shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
  • Errors or omissions in any content
  • Loss or damage resulting from AI-generated suggestions

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid, if any, for using the Service during the past twelve months.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for temporary interruptions due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues beyond our control.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account deletion features. Upon termination:

  • Your account will be disabled
  • Your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy
  • You will lose access to all stored resumes and content

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
